Job Summary:

Human Services of Faribault and Martin Counties is seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Information Technology Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support to employees, develop and coordinate IT projects, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Develop and coordinate IT projects, including network upgrades and system implementations
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
  • Completion of two years of technical college with a degree in computer science or related field
  • Two years of work experience in providing software training, desktop support, network technical support, LAN administration, or related work
