Anesthesiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRNA Anesthesia Specialist to join our team at University Health Associates. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

• Administer anesthesia to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Monitor patients' physical responses to anesthesia and inform the anesthesiologist of any adverse conditions.
• Participate in pre-anesthetic evaluations, selecting anesthetic agents and techniques, and performing airway management.
• Document patient status in the anesthesia record and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the anesthesiologist and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest anesthesia techniques, technologies, and best practices.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and APRN (Nurse Anesthetist) in the State of West Virginia.
• Board Certified or Recertified by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

This position is located at the Fairmont Endo Center, with a scheduled weekly hours of 40. The work environment is a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
