Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Entry Coordinator to join our team at Voyig. As an Order Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and enter orders into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verify customer information and order details to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Manage and prioritize multiple orders and deadlines to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Perform other duties as required to support the order entry process
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of millwork construction supplies and products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High degree of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Working Conditions
  • Job requires working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with high temperatures and humidity
  • Job requires working in and around machinery/powered equipment and associated safety risks
  • Job requires interaction with internal and external customers to resolve issues
Physical Requirements
  • Job requires lifting and sitting for long periods of time within an office environment
