Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $37.31 to $66.91 per hour, depending on experience. This exceptional compensation package is designed to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Job Description
As an RN Clinical Coordinator in our ED Observation unit, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, quality care to every patient in a timely manner. This fast-paced environment requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for emergency medicine. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our team achieve its mission.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality patient care, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and ensuring seamless communication between physicians and the patient care team.
• Act as a vital link between healthcare teams, facilitating collaboration and cooperation to meet patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Provide input and recommendations to the director/manager on coaching, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the use of the nursing process and adherence to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Associates Degree in Nursing (Nursing Diploma or by endorsement) required; BSN, preferred.
• CO RN License to practice in the state of employment required; Nursing Specialty Certification, preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
