Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Account Manager at Vision Realty & Management, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and demonstrating the value of staying with our company. Your day-to-day tasks will include checking in with existing property owners, providing updates on their properties, and addressing any concerns they may have about tenants. You will also communicate directly with prospective owners, showcasing the benefits of working with Vision Realty & Management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of experience in account management, property management, sales, or a related field. You must also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to jump on calls and address issues immediately. Additionally, you should be proficient in understanding and interpreting financial statements.
