Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our team at Inuson International Inc. (i3). As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our platform, overseeing all technical aspects of the company, and managing the engineering team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for building and leading a growing engineering team, setting the technical direction, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. You will also oversee the development of our platform, ensuring the smooth handling of real estate investment data and integration with backend systems.
Requirements:
- Engineering Leadership: Build and lead a growing engineering team, set the technical direction, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- FullStack Development: Oversee the development of our platform, ensuring the smooth handling of real estate investment data and integration with backend systems.
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage the cloud infrastructure, including AWS Terraform and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Web3 & Blockchain: Ensure our smart contracts are well integrated with the platform, oversee smart contract updates as needed, and ensure they function within the broader technical stack.
- Automation & Workflows: Oversee data automation processes, including handling real estate investment data and automating key workflows.
- Compliance Integration: Work with the compliance team to integrate KYC/AML processes into the platform, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Launch Preparation: Drive the technical efforts to prepare for the TGE and the broader platform launch.
Required Skills:
- FullStack Development: Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, especially with Node.js for backend development, and experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js.
- DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS Terraform and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Web3 & Blockchain: Experience with Solidity smart contract development and blockchain tools like ethers.js and Hardhat.
- Team Leadership: Experience in building and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and managing full-time employees and contractors.
- Compliance Awareness: Experience working in environments with regulatory requirements, understanding the importance of compliance in investment products.
Preferred Experience:
- 7 years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- 2 years working in Web3 (ideally DeFi) and a practitioner's understanding of token ecosystems.
- Previous experience at startups or scaling teams from early-stage through product launch.
- Familiarity with real estate or financial services industries is a plus.
