Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in the sale of Kubota and other line products to customers.
- Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all Kubota equipment and other lines.
- Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
- Establish relationships with customers.
- Attend training and meetings to stay current with new equipment and sales promotions.
- Work with customers to understand their needs with little or no supervision.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience and knowledge of construction equipment preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with all departments of the company – Parts, Service, Sales.
- Proven track record with sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements of company driver policy.
- MVR background check and pre-employment drug testing required.
- Personal appearance must be neat and clean.
- Exceptional computer skills are required for this role. Experience with a CRM is a plus.
