Job Description

Floyd's Truck Center, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business with a strong presence in the mid-west region. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Kubota Equipment Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in the sale of Kubota and other line products to customers.
  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all Kubota equipment and other lines.
  • Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
  • Establish relationships with customers.
  • Attend training and meetings to stay current with new equipment and sales promotions.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs with little or no supervision.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of construction equipment preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with all departments of the company – Parts, Service, Sales.
  • Proven track record with sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements of company driver policy.
  • MVR background check and pre-employment drug testing required.
  • Personal appearance must be neat and clean.
  • Exceptional computer skills are required for this role. Experience with a CRM is a plus.
