Job Opportunity at C & B Equipment

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Turf Sales Representative to join our team in Mitchell, SD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail and commercial customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our wide range of products, including lawn mowers, gators, compact utility tractors, and small construction equipment.
  • Equipment Demonstrations: Conduct regular equipment demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  • Financing Options: Provide customers with information on financing options to assist them in securing the purchase of equipment.
  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver clear and effective proposals to customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience in turf equipment, automotive, or similar products is preferred.
  • Education: An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Financial Acumen: Good understanding of finance and incentive programs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required.
