Administrative Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Manager to join our team at FirstLight Home Care of Southern Maine. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, families, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve administrative operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in administrative management or a related field
- Proven track record of improving administrative processes and increasing productivity
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
