Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Manager to join our team at FirstLight Home Care of Southern Maine. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in administrative management or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving administrative processes and increasing productivity
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
