Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Five Star Fort Lauderdale Llc. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to management, including answering multi-line telephone systems, processing incoming and outgoing mail, composing correspondence, and maintaining files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line telephone system and take accurate messages
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily
- Compose and prepare correspondence on computer
- Maintain files in an organized manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
