Sales and Administration Coordinator

A&G Biomedical LLC is a leading provider of biomedical solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Sales and Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating daily customer service operations, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to track progress toward sales objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team's efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical sales industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience.
