Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned BMS Project Manager who will take charge of managing Building Management and Energy Management projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring that project timelines are adhered to, and delivering results within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee all facets of projects
  • Create project timelines and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
  • Track project advancement and implement necessary adjustments to achieve goals
  • Oversee project budgets and monitor expenditures
  • Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders and address any arising concerns
  • Utilize project management software to maintain documentation, change orders, and requests for information


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience in Mechanical Construction, BMS, or EMS projects
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Distech, Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Trane, Delta Controls, Automated Logic, or similar is advantageous
  • Proficient in project scheduling software
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
