Job Description

The Service Desk Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of PS Logistics LLC's IT systems and infrastructure. This position will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users across the organization, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex system and application issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Analyze, diagnose, and repair hardware and software issues in a multi-platform environment.
  • Provide Technical Support: Assist users with software and hardware issues, including Active Directory, Office365, Concur, Mitel, and other platforms.
  • Manage IT Assets: Inventory and label company IT assets, document changes, and maintain asset documentation in a secure location.
  • Purchase and Acquire IT Assets: Prepare purchase requisitions, acquire vendor quotes, and purchase IT hardware and software assets.
  • Collaborate with IT Teams: Work with other IT teams to resolve complex system and application issues.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
