Key Responsibilities:- Offer technical guidance to dealers, sales teams, and branch staff.
- Execute on-site visits and dealer training sessions.
- Partner with regional managers to assess future training requirements.
- Showcase proficiency in emerging HVAC technologies during training events.
- Effectively manage expenses and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Keep a digital schedule and travel for various training and professional engagements.
- Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt swiftly.
- Prior experience in field service or as a Technical Support Specialist.
- Must fulfill technical service requirements and state certifications.
Licensing and Certifications: Valid driver's license is required.
