Job Description:

Arrow ECS is seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to provide technical direction and business guidance to our channel partner community in North America.

This role will bring together people, processes, and technology to promote AI adoption, sharing best practices, training and enablement, and driving innovation.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and promotion of AI solutions that address complex business challenges with our partners and their end customers.

We are looking for a technically proficient and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in AI technologies, software development, and build technologies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing IBM AI solutions, as well as a solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical leadership and direction related to IBM WatsonX and ecosystem solutions
  • Leads in the discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and deployment of fully integrated technology solutions that can be demonstrated in our AI Center of Excellence
  • Demonstrates technical expertise with AI, ML, and Data Science/Data Strategy with the ability to deploy
  • Acts as technical leader to develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned channel partners and their end users
  • Makes technical and sales presentations to vendors, partners, and customers that engage in our AI Center of Excellence
  • Working with Arrow ECS and IBM marketing teams to create and produce digital channel-ready technical content that is published to Arrow ECS social media sites and networks
  • Successfully builds relationships with the Arrow ECS account teams, partners, and end users in support of driving IBM AI solutions
  • Integrate AI algorithms into existing lab systems and develop scalable and reliable AI models
  • Evaluating and testing AI models to ensure their accuracy and performance

Requirements:

  • Real-world AI/ML project end-to-end experiences, including design, build, and validate successful AI/ML solutions; ideally with IBM WatsonX
  • Working experience with data center technologies like Vmware, Hyper-V, OpenShift, storage, networking, Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Linux Operating Systems
  • Proficiency in Python, Ansible, MySQL, Github, Git, GO, ETL, OLAP, RDBMS, Scribus, AWS, Azure, Google, or other platforms and programming languages
  • Proficiency in common AI/ML frameworks, etc., Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Hugging Face
  • Knowledge and experience with application of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree, neural network, etc.)
  • Experience in implementing and evaluating AI models
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills-AI experience with Nvidia, IBM, Microsoft, other AI vendors
  • Experience with big data technologies is a plus
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and with stakeholders
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver quality work on tight schedules
  • Self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a loosely structured organization
