This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful and complex projects, collaborating closely with our team and taking a proactive role in marketing and business development. The successful individual will work closely with our team to build, manage, and mentor a strong team of engineering professionals within a collaborative multidiscipline office.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Minimum 10+ years of consulting engineering experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Contractor Industry
  • Minimum 8 years of experience executing HVAC and plumbing designs
  • Active industry involvement (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment utilizing project management skills
  • Business Development experience preferred
