Front Office Coordinator

YAS-GER HOLDING CORP is seeking a skilled Front Office Clerk to join their team in the Northeast Bronx. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
About the RoleThis full-time position requires 2-3 years of experience working in an office setting, with proficiency in BJ Murray software a plus. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess strong computer literacy skills.
Key Responsibilities- Greet tenants, contractors, and visitors
- Accept rent payments and handle incoming phone calls
- Manage tenant inquiries and provide assistance
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of BJ Murray software or willingness to learn is a significant asset.
