Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our innovative Capital Markets team at FIS. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in day-to-day operations to maintain high stability, reduced Service Downtime, and improve Quality of Service for FIS clients.
- Work with bleeding-edge technology to code, configure, implement, maintain, and support production environments.
- Lead incident triage calls and follow up on root cause analysis.
- Configure and deploy product releases into production and verify for quality work.
- Develop monitoring and alerting for various application production environments.
- Help identify repetitive non-value adding tasks and automate them using coding and scripting.
- Actively participate and contribute in team meetings and team-building activities.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in building and supporting application infrastructure in private and Azure public cloud.
- 2-3 years of change management experience on ITSM tools like Service Now.
- Experience initiating and leading or participating in incident resolution.
- 2-3 years of experience developing and implementing effective monitoring on standard tools similar to Splunk, Dynatrace, and Azure cloud native monitoring tools.
- Knowledge and skills to comfortably work on Windows, Unix Systems, IBM Technologies like WebSphere AS and MQ, and SQL Server.
- Ability to query, script, and deploy in Microsoft SQL Server.

The pay range for this full-time position is $103,173.60, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
