Striveworks is in search of a skilled Lead Site Reliability Engineer to oversee, refine, and elevate our software deployments across both on-premises and cloud infrastructures. In this critical role, you will ensure the effective deployment of our software solutions for our clientele. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of platform developers, you will tailor and configure our software to align with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate the deployment of virtual machines, containers, and services
  • Work in partnership with developers to architect solutions for diverse customer scenarios
  • Facilitate software deployment across various classified networks
  • Address urgent system faults and incidents promptly

As a Lead SRE, you will serve as a bridge between various teams within the organization, ensuring the seamless operation of our customer solutions. You will also provide mentorship to junior SRE team members and collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to deliver functional products. Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Kubernetes, Python, automation, and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in microservice deployment and Helm Chart development
  • Possession of an active Top Secret security clearance
