About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT professional to join our Technical Services Delivery Team as a Tier 2 Support Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely
  • Log all customer interactions in our ticket management system
  • Assist with complex support requests/issues via escalation from Tier 1 support agents
  • Provide regular updates to customers on their support requests
  • Support corporate owned assets, including workstations, laptops, servers, and basic help desk support
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in basic computer troubleshooting
  • 2+ years of experience working in a position supporting end-user devices and applications
  • 2+ years of experience in Windows
  • Mac OSX repair and troubleshooting
  • 1+ years of Windows Server configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration
  • Understanding of Office 365 and Active Directory
  • 1+ years of supporting network devices and IP connected hardware
  • 1+ years of wired/wireless network installation and troubleshooting experience
