GMP Program Coordinator

SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled GMP Supervisor to join our team. As a GMP Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommending training and issuing discipline as needed.
- Perform quality, service, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site-specific SOPs.
- Track equipment inventory, schedule maintenance and repair, and monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Prepare written reports, such as pass-downs and weekly/monthly updates, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement and maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university with 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- May be required to have a valid driver's license.
- Must have computer skills and be familiar with supervisor responsibilities.
$69,000 - $70,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, full-time, with some travel required for this position.
