Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Glint Tech Solutions LLC. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a crucial role in expanding our team and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles within an immigration law firm. They will possess hands-on knowledge of key HR and administrative workflows and strong execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent in the industry, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team culture.
- Policy Enforcement: Monitor and enforce company policies, including attendance policies and workplace regulations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete monthly tasks such as attendance tracking, employee insurance management, and labor contract administration with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Finance Management: Handle finance-related tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoice organization, maintaining financial transparency and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles within an immigration law firm, with a proven track record of success.
- Communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
- Labor Laws: Familiarity with federal and California labor laws, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in office software and various recruitment platforms, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Language: Fluency in Mandarin is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
