Strategic Product Marketing Lead

At Fuze HR Solutions Inc., we are seeking a skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our go-to-market strategies for business networking solutions and products. As a key liaison between product management, sales, and marketing teams, you will ensure successful product positioning and communication to target audiences.
Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research efforts, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategies for optimal impact across key audiences.
- Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop and evolve product messaging and positioning, overseeing everything from product packaging to sales presentations and online content, ensuring consistency in storytelling. Execute Go-To-Market launches for new products, features, and solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Provide strategic product marketing advice for internal and external communications, including training sessions, sales presentations, industry events, and media engagements.
- Collateral Creation: Collaborate with teams across product, sales, and marketing to create impactful collateral for solution and product sales processes.
- Relationship Building: Act as a strategic partner with senior product management and sales leadership, aligning marketing initiatives with the product roadmap and key launches while enhancing the customer journey.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and growth marketing advancements, incorporating best practices into marketing operations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required; an MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, with a proven track record in the business networking or related industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the business networking industry, including the application of solutions and the pain points of the target audience.
- Communication Skills: Strong understanding of partner and customer needs, with a history of creating compelling, impactful messaging that resonates with the right audience.
- Tech Knowledge: Excellent technical knowledge of products and solutions, translating complex technical features into meaningful business benefits.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with a focus on results and quality.
- Salary: $130,000 - $210,000 DOE with bonus potential.
