Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the stocking of ingredients from the delivery area to various storage locations, including the walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products according to company standards.
  • Handle and process customer orders received via telephone.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete the necessary documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations, with the ability to make accurate monetary change.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for processing orders effectively.
  • Excellent motor coordination to perform precise tasks swiftly.
  • Competence in using a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
  • Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
  • Effective communication with customers and team members for order processing, both over the phone and in person.

Additional Duties:

  • Deliver products to customers' locations and ensure timely service.
  • Distribute promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers.
  • Navigate various terrains and locations while carrying products for delivery.
