Plant Maintenance Manager

At Randstad, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Plant Maintenance Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in supervising a team of maintenance personnel. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment, as well as overseeing the maintenance schedule and budget.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Management: Oversee the maintenance schedule and budget, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and running efficiently.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot problems with equipment, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Safety and Quality: Enforce company safety policies and procedures, ensuring that all employees understand and comply with them. Monitor quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
