Facilities Maintenance Specialist for New Castle County

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Delaware Schools Consortium. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, with a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry. You will also be responsible for performing routine inspections and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
This is a full-time position, and the salary range is approximately $**55,000 - $65,000 per year**, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
