Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality digital marketing assets, including advertisements, emails, digital collateral, and social media assets.
  • Ensure all projects are well-planned, creatively outstanding, delivered in a timely fashion, and within agreed budgets.
  • Review project work for highest standards of quality, consistency, and success.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Site Design and cross-functional teams to develop the visual direction.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, and technology as relevant to the design team.
  • Work with Marketing, Ecom, advertising, and developers to ensure interactive best practices.
  • Keep up with the latest technologies and constantly push the brand forward.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a design agency, in-house firm, brand, or similar in the fashion industry.
  • Outstanding knowledge and expertise in all aspects of layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production, and publishing across editorial formats and platforms.
  • Detailed understanding of today's media landscape and how people engage with content, with in-depth knowledge of interactive communication, processes, and user-interface design for digital products.
  • Strong time management with ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks, keeping workstreams moving forward simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills; adept at communicating and defending creative work.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills in service of your creative projects.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and acting on ways to improve the work, continually pushing the vision forward.
  • Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Acrobat.
  • Experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Expertise utilizing Adobe Creative Suite in a MAC environment.
  • Experience with both web design and digital asset creation.
  • Experience with photo image manipulation and retouching.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Strong design and typographic skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX and 3D applications is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in responsive design strategy is a plus.
  • Video and motion graphic experience a plus.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 per year - $80,000 per year.
