Job Overview

Vuori, Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing our materials library, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our design and production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our physical and digital materials library, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with design, merchandising, and development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and update master documents, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings and presentations, organizing samples and materials as needed.
  • Partner with suppliers and vendors to resolve development-related issues.
  • Own and manage the mill visit calendar, ensuring timely and efficient communication with suppliers.
  • Assist in creating seasonal palettes and materials, ensuring alignment with Vuori's design aesthetic and corporate goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Merchandising, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of materials, fabrics, and trims, with a focus on product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • PLM experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
