Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Lead the development of software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code meets technical standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud certification (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with Python and data streaming frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Spark).
  • Understanding of infrastructure-as-code and related tools.
