Key Responsibilities

Client Observation: Learn by shadowing experienced agents during client interactions.

Consultation Assistance: Support agents in client meetings to understand customer needs.

Insurance Education: Engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of various insurance products.

Administrative Support: Help agents with documentation and follow-up tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Continuous Learning: Take advantage of training opportunities to further develop your expertise.


Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is advantageous.

Interest in the Insurance Field: A genuine enthusiasm for learning and pursuing a career in insurance.
