Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Handle inquiries related to Medicare enrollment and assist in processing patient applications.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients to ensure clarity on approvals and next steps.
  • Review and verify patient enrollment forms for the Patient Assistance Program (PAP).

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Experience in a pharmacy or medical setting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service consistently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Job Details:

  • Compensation: $17 per hour.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Potential for attendance bonuses.
  • Multiple first shift options available starting at 8 AM.
  • Training provided during regular business hours.
