AT&T Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven AT&T Sales Support Representative to join our team at AI Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to answer general inquiries, explain the sales process, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints.
The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image both in our office and in our clients' atmospheres, upholding a can-do attitude at all times. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, including the chance to train individuals in the appointment setting process, sales structures, and recruiting process.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Support Representative:
- Interacting with customers on a face-to-face basis to provide exceptional customer service
- Providing our clients with customer feedback to improve our services
- Problem-solving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs
- Assisting on closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets
- Representing our clients in a professional, friendly, and honest manner at all times
Requirements of the AT&T Sales Support Representative:
- Strong ability to collaborate with a team to achieve sales targets
- 1-2 years working in a Customer Service or sales field, with a proven track record of success
- A desire to learn and develop professional skills to excel in the role
- Clear and friendly communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to use only positive language when interacting with customers
