Position Overview:

Connections Credit Union is in search of a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Member Support Center. This role is essential in ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and support.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting members and prospective members with their inquiries via telephone.
  • Providing clear explanations of our services and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Routing calls to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Identifying opportunities to offer additional services to our members.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Preferred bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • The confidence to engage in sales conversations over the phone.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding member accounts.
  • Eligibility for bonding.

Work Schedule:

This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.


Compensation:

The hourly wage is competitive and commensurate with experience.
