Customer Service Representative

Connections Credit Union is in search of a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Member Support Center. This role is essential in ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting members and prospective members with their inquiries via telephone.
- Providing clear explanations of our services and addressing any issues that arise.
- Routing calls to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional services to our members.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Preferred bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong listening skills.
- The confidence to engage in sales conversations over the phone.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding member accounts.
- Eligibility for bonding.
Work Schedule:
This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Compensation:
The hourly wage is competitive and commensurate with experience.
