  • Safely operate a company vehicle to provide products and services to clients
  • Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate records
  • Manage daily routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Load and unload products according to company policies and procedures
  • Review invoices for accuracy and make corrections as needed
  • Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability
  • Develop leads and prospects, solicit new business, and prepare service agreements
  • Assist the sales organization with procurement of new business
  • Understand services, policies, and pricing methods and clearly explain to clients
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle issues in a prompt and courteous manner

**Requirements:**

  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Excellent driving record and customer service experience
  • Strong math and basic computer skills
  • Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

**Working Environment:**

The Customer Service Representative Driver will work in a fast-paced environment with irregular and long hours. The position requires exposure to adverse and varying weather conditions and the ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds.

**Education:**

High school degree or equivalent required.

**License Requirements:**

Valid driver's license required.
