Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Server Representative to join our team at Century Park Associates. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining services to our residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and guide new Server Representatives to ensure they meet our high standards of service
- Assist with meal counts and tickets to ensure efficient service
- Perform duties at assigned stations, including beverage and salad bar service
- Ensure completion of assigned cleaning and prep work duties
- Greets residents and visitors in a welcoming manner and assists with food selection
- Serves meals using trays and strips and resets tables as needed
- Removes dishes and delivers to the dishwashing area and removes soiled linens
- Prepares tables for next meal and removes trash and keeps the dining room clean and safe
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
- Must enjoy serving seniors and demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality
- Must maintain positive resident and guest relations through a courteous, cooperative, and understanding manner
- Must demonstrate trustworthiness and dependability and work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision
- Must be able to receive and resolve complaints graciously and always be in proper attire and well-groomed
- Must attend company-appointed ServSafe class and display integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park's Code of Ethics
