Job Summary

The Time Study Engineer will conduct thorough analyses of work patterns and methods to identify opportunities for improving overall efficiency and cost savings. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct time and motion studies to optimize production processes
  • Analyze data and specifications to establish reasonable time and production standards
  • Develop cost and time-saving recommendations and modifications to work methods, staffing requirements, and equipment and facilities upgrades
  • Collaborate with accounting and marketing departments to create and further develop wage and salary policies and cost analysis systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or related field
  • At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain professional and tactful in situations involving staff
