Industrial Engineering Internship at UPS

UPS is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Industrial Engineering team as interns. As an Industrial Engineering intern, you will work on targeted projects individually or in small teams, applying your knowledge and skills to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Work on projects that require operational observations, data collection, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with Industrial Engineering staff to present completed projects
  • Develop and apply knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and practices
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering and/or Engineering-related discipline
  • Effective statistical analysis skills
  • Effective research and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity, and dedication to getting results
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively across business units
