Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Chenega Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our supplies, materials, and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the federal small business marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase standard commercial supplies, materials, and equipment as assigned.
  • Create labels and asset tags as needed.
  • Solicit bids, analyze quotations received, and select or recommend supplies.
  • Expedite delivery and shipment of supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Verify receipt of goods or services.
  • Maintain procurement records, including items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
  • Review invoices for payment.
  • Back up for cost estimates and receiving deliveries.
  • Perform quality reviews of operations at department and individual levels to measure performance on contract regulation, program policy, and procedure.
  • Review group and individual outputs on a scheduled and random basis to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Image Windows computers and install RAM.
  • Identify inefficiencies or inaccuracies in departmental methods and procedures and gather data along with determining trends and documents findings for management.
  • Complete best practices within procedural/systems solutions to meet needs and improve overall performance.
  • Respond to questions from team members and customers on quality issues.
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance legislation and policies are adhered to.
  • Support business development activities as required.
Requirements
  • Associate degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Successful completion of HDI certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Background check required with the ability to obtain US Senate SAA prior to the start date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Airwatch/Intelligent Hub.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, ServiceNow.
  • Thorough knowledge of desktop and business/technical support systems.
  • Ability to maintain access to customer sites.
  • Ability to effectively communicate quality plans and results at management levels.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to multitask while staying focused in a fast-paced competitive environment.
