As a Client Services/Customer Care Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting global financial markets by providing day-to-day operational customer support for all derivative confirmation services within OSTTRA.

The Team:

Our Operations team works closely with Product Management, Client Success, Business Development, and IT to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer implementation and regulatory requests. We are a close-knit, dynamic team that values collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities and Impact:
  1. Develop and maintain productive client regulatory relationships.
  2. Monitor client query queues, diagnosing and resolving any resulting exceptions or errors and work with internal groups to provide resolution.
  3. Coordinate across internal teams and across a global operations footprint to achieve a positive client experience.
  4. Respond to client requests by providing detailed investigation and feedback.
  5. Participate in the testing of system enhancements.
  6. Identify and track system improvements, partnering with technology teams to ensure system delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and OTC derivatives, as well as experience working with software systems and technology.
