Senior Legal Advisor

As a Senior Legal Advisor - Corporate Law at Xylem I LLC, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance and support to the company's leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to support the company's growth and success.
* Handle a diverse range of corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business management, and other sophisticated transactions.
* Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes and drive business results.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing corporate law, with a focus on M&A and sophisticated transactions.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, along with the flexibility and emotional intelligence required to succeed in this role.
* A law degree from an accredited law school and licensure to practice law in a US state are mandatory requirements.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits such as paid time off, holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
