Job Overview:
Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Associate, Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. Your expertise in electro-mechanical assemblies, fiber optics, and sub-surface communication optical cable will be invaluable in driving innovation and excellence.

About the Role:
This is a full-time contract position with an estimated salary range of $35 - $40 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience. You will be working in Norfolk, VA, and will be required to travel up to 25% of the calendar year. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical devices
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electro-mechanical assemblies and fiber optics
* Maintain accurate records and reports on production metrics and quality control

Qualifications and Requirements:
* 2-year post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly and testing
* Strong understanding of fiber optic technology and sub-surface communication optical cable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
