About UsWe are actively looking for a highly organized individual who is anxious to learn the business development process while contributing to our firm's success. As part of Moffatt & Nichol's marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting Proposal Managers through the pursuit process, from positioning and capture planning through post-proposal submittal debriefing.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will focus on learning Moffatt & Nichol's engineering business development process from the ground up, working independently when needed on assignments but also as part of a team on larger tasks. You will assist in the development of marketing materials, proposals, qualifications statements, and other business development documents, often at the direction of a senior member of the marketing staff.

- Focus on learning Moffatt & Nichol's engineering business development process from the ground up.
We seek a motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, communication, engineering, or other related field. 0-5 years of experience in a marketing/sales environment is required, with experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry being preferred. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with preference for Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), is also required.
Salary and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
