Job Description

A leading client of Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Associate, Manufacturing Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with a focus on developing creative solutions to technical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with sub-surface communication optical cable, potting, fiber optics, electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Two-year post-secondary degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, or some college in a technical discipline, technical school training, high school diploma or equivalent work experience required with a minimum of 6 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to interpret schematic diagrams and engineering drawings.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the calendar year.
