Key Responsibilities

  • As a Project Management Expert, you will expertly manage multiple client projects, ensuring each receives the exceptional attention it deserves.
  • You will guide projects from initiation to successful launch, eliminating any potential delays.
  • Collaborate with sales and client services to grasp project objectives and requirements, effectively bridging the gap between technical jargon and client expectations.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to monitor project metrics and generate reports, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and trends.
  • Employ creative problem-solving techniques to navigate any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and tools that streamline project management for the entire team.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to ensure all parties are aligned throughout the project.
  • Communicate project status and any issues to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Adapt to changes in project scope by collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and agreement.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, particularly within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector.
  • Possession of relevant project management certifications (e.g., Project+, PMP, ACP, Certified Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including ConnectWise and Microsoft products.
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in vendor contract discussions.
  • Experience in preparing and managing budget proposals, ensuring financial accountability throughout the project.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of M365 and experience with infrastructure projects and ISP migrations.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding project teams.

Education

A degree in technology or a related field is required (Associate's degree minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred).


Transportation Requirements

A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance are necessary for occasional client visits or team activities.


Physical Requirements

The role may involve lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds, such as a laptop or team celebration cake.
