Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Social Service Specialist I to join our team at the Children's Home Society. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing case management and support to kinship families.

As a Bilingual Social Service Specialist I, you will be responsible for performing case management with kinship families as needed, providing appropriate resources, referrals, and service linkages based on the family's needs. You will also conduct in-person home visits with kinship families within assigned counties, assess financial eligibility of families for the program, and maintain and update electronic records using various databases.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is bilingual, has a strong background in social work, psychology, or a related field, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task, we encourage you to apply for this role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
