ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Property Operations Manager oversees the comprehensive management of the property, which includes but is not limited to asset maintenance, staff supervision, building upkeep, administrative responsibilities for both internal and external stakeholders, and fostering positive relationships with residents.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in property management.
  • At least one year of experience in apartment management.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including databases and spreadsheets.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive relations with residents and staff.
