Job Description

The Senior Actuarial Analyst will support Oscar's forecasting, strategy, and pricing processes for several Affordable Care Act (ACA) markets. This role will involve reviewing core pricing and plan design models, providing actuarial insights to inform strategic pricing considerations, and communicating accruals for the monthly close process related to Incurred but not Reported (IBNR) claims, Risk adjustment and/or Shared Savings deals.

In addition, the successful candidate will investigate the core drivers of observed trends and provide meaningful information for consideration in the financial planning process.
