Job Summary:

The Healthcare Analytics Associate will develop and design policies to minimize risk and maximize profitability. This role involves analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and creating statistical models using analytical software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and administer policies to optimize insurance policy pricing
  • Analyze actuarial inputs and outputs, reconciling any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify information needs and provide solutions
  • Develop projection models, establish procedures, and document them for internal use

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience and/or education
  • Strong understanding of actuarial principles, mathematical skills, and excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, data extraction, simulations, automation, and MS Office
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, or similar programming languages preferred

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$77,000 annually.
