Radiation Oncology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Navigator Radiation Oncology to join our team at SCL Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and navigation through the radiation oncology process.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to coordinate care and address patient concerns
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote informed decision-making and self-care
- Coordinate post-acute care services and track patient progress to ensure seamless transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Three years RN nursing experience
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification
- Bachelor's degree of Nursing
- Certification as appropriate for unit or service
