Insurance Account Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Heath Roberts - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals and quotas.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to maximize value for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Property and Casualty license.
